The Model 1456 features a 14" x 56" stainless steel rotating assembly utilizing a 8.5 deg. beach and is equipped with a high torque 3.5kNm planetary gearbox. Standard configuration includes a main drive step sheave allowing quick and easy changeover from the 650g barite recovery speed, to the 2100g polishing speed with simple hand tools. Standard safety features include belt guard and case open detection as well as over torque and high vibration shut down.
The Model 1656 features a 16" x 56" stainless steel rotating assembly utilizing a 10 deg. beach and is equipped with a high torque 4.1kNm planetary gearbox. Standard configuration includes a main drive step sheave allowing quick and easy changeover from the 650g barite recovery speed, to the 2100g polishing speed with simple hand tools. Standard safety features include belt guard and case open detection as well as over torque and high vibration shut down.
